Hi 

My father's account is getting the following error when trying to send some emails: An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request. He cannot send email via webmail or computer/ phone apps. It's a talktalk.net mail box which is paid for through MailPlus since we no longer have talk talk internet.

Is there a reason for the error?

@SJL3476, put your father's details in the Private Notes section, which you will find towards the end of the Personal Information area in your profile. 

Go via your avatar, settings. PERSONAL INFORMATION  then Private Notes. Scroll down to find the button to SAVE CHANGES.
