Error mssage

For the last couple of weeks I keep getting the following message -

"Error

An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request" and sometimes when I'm in the middle of writing an e-mail I get the message which them won't allow me to finish it. I have to save it as a draft, reopen it and continue. It's driving me mad. Please help.

I have looked for something on the internet and it is working, but it always was. I then logged on to my e-mails and both received and sent a message succesfully, but the error didn't happen every time so I'll get back to you if it still does it. Do you think you may have found the problem and fixed it?

Thanks. Can you check your TalkTalk Internet access for me now and let me know if it works? You can do this by trying to reload the site or application you were experiencing problems with, or trying to search for something on the Internet.

I use Google to search the internet and Talk Talk webmail to open my e-mails

Sorry but I'm not technologically minded at all and have no idea if I have a different browser, or how to find out. Sorry.

Hi I emptied the cookies and history and have switched the laptop off for a while. Just gone back to e-mail and first I got "An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request. (LGI-0003)" when logging on so had to sign out and retry. I was able to log on the second time but again, whilst replying to an e-mail I got the previous error and the e-mail went into draft so basically the problem's still not solved.

Clear your browser cache and cookies

Old cached data can cause Webmail to misbehave.
Please clear your browser’s cache/cookies, then close and reopen the browser before trying again.

Please confirm if you are using webmail to access your emails or a 3rd party?
