The Portal, Tasks and Calendar tabs fail to open and report the following message :
"Failed to start application. Maybe you have connection problems. Please try again."
The Mail tab opens and lists mails correctly but I'm unable to create a 'New Mail'.
Is this a known problem that is being worked on ?

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. This problem seemed to start around the same time I was upgraded to full fibre. I cleared my browser cache and the problem has been resolved.

It's not able to be replicated here but put your email address in your Community profile, Personal information, Private notes box and Save changes and TalkTalk will investigate for you.
