I am contacting you on behalf of my elderly parents.  They have received an email about their McAfee Subscription and that it closed on 1st October.  They are paid up until September 2027 so am checking what this is for please?

Can you get back to me on their email address please?

Tell your parents to look at the address of where the mail came from. if it was a everymail.com address it is more than likely a scam and tell them not to reply to it or even click on its unsubscribe box. I have had that same mail plus many more scam mails since yesterday all of them from everymail.com addresses and I do not even use McAfee.

@GGriffith, notice the spelling:

"Dear costumer..."

That and the fact they didn't address the customer by name is a giveaway re phishing. 

Delete once reported.
