Recovery email and move to Everymail

I had recover data (mobile number, and alternate email address) for my lineone and tiscali email accounts set up.

 

Since the move to Everymail I can no  longer see them in my Evermail settings, anyone shed any light on this ?

Sorry, but Everymail is a totally different system and staff here do not have access, not can they offer advice.

 

I understand that once you are logged into your Everymail account there is a help Chat facility available and I'd suggest you use this to query your recovery details.

 

Maybe another customer who has transferred and sees this may be able to help, but it's probably quicker to contact Everymail or search their faq, or help pages.
