My mothers Talktalk account was hacked and since then I have renewed her password, cleared down any rules (there was a strange one) turned off all devices connected to her account. She has received some emails since than however cannot send or receive emails from my Tiscali email??? We also suspect that a number of her friends are also suffering from the same issue with my mothers email account.
