Cannot send emails on my account

Is there a problem on email server, cannot send from my devices and tried webmail and does not send from there. It’s worrying as I have had several emails which are supposed to come from Talk Talk to say my emails will be stopped from 27/12/2024 and click on link? Has anyone else had this? What’s wrong with the server?

Hi Caraman2, your sending will be blocked. Please reset your mailbox password to something you've never used before and in about an hour your mail should send again. If not please send me a personal message with the affected email address and I'll see what I can do for you.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

I am having the same problem with Tiscal, my emails appear to go but do not arrive. Like you I have sent test emails but they do not arrive. I am receiving emails ok.
