My move button has disappeared. I can usually tick an email then press the move button and move it to a specific folder. I have signed out, signed in. Restarted my computer but still no sign of it. Can anyone help me ?

Someone mentioned right clicking on the email and the options reappeared  - something like that, @Howard79, but I haven't had a chance to check. Worth experimenting.

I access my emails by logging in to my Talktalk Email account on my iMac as I have done for the past 20years...is there another way? One of your colleagues suggested clearing cache and cookies which I have done but Move button has not magically reappeared. Should I just ring Talktalk tech support and get them to look at it?

Hi @JanteM, should you require assistance please do start your own thread, thanks.

This is exactly what has happened to me. Have you had any help to restore it?

Just to add to the list my Move button has disappeared from yesterday. When I tried to use drag and drop instead of the vanished Move button I lost two important emails that I wanted to Archive. There is an Archive symbol above the delete symbol and when I clicked on that that top email in my inbox disappeared without me ticking it, again this happened twice but neither email appeared in the Archive file. I am an original Homecall user so in 20+ years this has never happened before so its a software problem not a user problem.

Hi there @GillianBathgate, can you please check for Updates or Changes

Sometimes, email service providers update their interfaces or features. Check if there have been any announcements from TalkTalk regarding changes to their email service.

secondly please Clear Cache and Cookies: Sometimes, browser cache can cause display issues. Clear your browser's cache and cookies and then log back into your TalkTalk Mail.
