Hi,
I'd like to move homes and transfer my broadband services, but once I click on the button, it doesn't take me anywhere. Can you help please?

If you have pop-up blockers and ad blockers installed on your browser, try disabling them
Alternatively try a different browser. This sometimes helps where your main browser won't work.
You could also phone and speak to the home move team.
