Hello, since September I have been finding more and more messages I am sending are ending up in recipients spam folders. This applies whether I am sending from my talktalk.net email address or my gmail email address. I usually send through Outlook. It seems to be a problem with gmail recipients particularly. I understand this is an ongoing problem but when is this going to be sorted out?

Staff can only help you with TalkTalk mail issues but if it's also happening with your gmail account sending from Outlook, then it may be an Outlook issue.
Can you try deleting your accounts from Outlook, close the programme and then re-add them. When adding your TalkTalk email, it's best to use IMAP, if you are not already doing so.
Can you then let is know if the issue persists.
Microsoft and Google are working on this issue with TalkTalk but as it's not happening for everyone it's probably proving an issue to pinpoint the cause.
