In the recent weeks I have realised that a good proportion of my emails are going to to recipients' spam folders. Some are those with links or attachments. Some are just regular messages/emails. Is there anything I can check on my side to see if everything is set correctly? or any other advice please

We can do basic trouble shooting as that is a third-party system I will not be able to conduct diagnostics test. Please check the filters on your incoming emails, just to confirm that it not on spam?

using outlook on my pc currently. I have also noticed on my Iphone, it occasionally flashes up a message asking for the password
