My sent emails are going into junk or spam folders (this is happening to about 30% of my regulars)

Why are many of the emails I send landing in recipient's junk or spam folders?  Even people I send to regularly.

Same problem - happens randomly from webmail and outlook and is not confined to hotmail or gmail addresses.

Hi,

 

Would these be gmail or hotmail email addresses?

 

It seems these may be being overzealous in marking TalkTalk mail as spam.

 

Try turning your router off for 30 minutes to establish a new session then restesting.
