Have not received any emails since about lunch time today Sunday 10th November! Can send them......is this an ongoing issue?

As am waiting on an important email to come through!

Still not receiving emails especially from Gmail accounts

I've just been notified this issue should be resolved now. If you're still having trouble with it please let me know.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

There have been problems since Friday, @Haley1827 .

 

Particularly with Gmail, but Outlook / Hotmail has also been mentioned. 

 

Staff will respond during the day.
