Just an update to advise that I've asked the team to take another look as the emails still appear to be delayed. I'll post back here as soon as I know more.

I've now been advised that although the fix has been implemented by our team this morning, it will take a few hours for the emails to filter through. I'll check back in with you both this afternoon to see how you're getting on.

Apologies, our Email Team are currently investigating this now. There was a fix implemented this morning but there looks like there might be a delay with emails coming through following this fix. I've asked the team to confirm and will post back here as soon as I have an update.
