I have read a number of Community posts re this Topic, like all of you I am unable to receive Emails from Tesco , in fact the odd one dose get through, but generally My Orders, Receipts for Orders do NOT arrive.
I have discussed this with Tesco and they advise that whilst they send out Emails there appears to be an issue with TalkTalk, as they have many customers making the same complaint.
I have also spoken to Talktalk help desk but my words appeared to fall on feaf ears.
I now raise this via the community, as requested by Ady-TalkTalk so that I can be added to the growing list of frustrated TalkTalk clients
sorry for the long rant - but Frustration is growing within me - maybe it’s time for me to consider a new broadband supplier!!!!!!

My apologises for yet another contact re the ongoing saga of NOT RECEIVING SPECIFIC EMAILS FROM TESCO, typically Orders and Receipts for orders. As stated previously this started mid-End January. You have kindly added me to the growing list of complainants with the words “The EXPERTS re dealing with it and it will hopefully be cleared soon”
May I suggest the EXPERTS have had long enough to resolve this issue and it’s time for them to get their finger out and clear this issue.
As I am sure you are aware there are a growing number of TT customers making the same complaint and who are becoming very frustrated by the lack of tangible feedback as to the resolution of this problem, WHY.
It is not acceptable to merely say “The EXPERTS are dealing with it”
May I request a detailed update of reasons for failure and more importantly date and time for full resolution.
