New email

Help.

Of late everytime I creat a new email a "Reply to" appears with the wrong email address.  How do I delete this for all time.

That sounds very strange, @bantam52.

Unfortunately we won't get a reply from staff till after the weekend. 

Make sure that you have completed your community forum profile details for them to identify your account. 

Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu..... complete Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES. 

Meanwhile, run a virus /malware check because something may have gone awry if someone has been messing with your account.

Check in case you see any messages in your SENT box that you didn't send.
