No emails for some time. Tried sending one to myself which has not arrived

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

I think resolved. Emails now coming in.

Not all staff are on here every day, @1Cherry1. & @terrymcb.

 

They do support stuff elsewhere too.

 

If you don't hear back today, it will be after the weekend. 

 

It's usually best if customers post on individual help topics, so create your own, in case it's not always the same root cause and to avoid confusion between accounts/replies etc.

Yet, status does not report an issue with emails.


This is the second time this month of no emails coming through and silence from mods (may be in meetings again).

same for me : no emails since last night. went through the chat but was told it has been escalated and i'l hear back in 3 working days.
