Not receiving Tiscali emails - Error code TT991

Hi.I have been a member of 2 groups on Groups.io for a number of years and have received emails posted by members with no problems whatsoever.

Yesterday I received an email from them saying " Recently, emails sent to you have bounced back to us. We have suspended email delivery to you. This means you will no longer receive messages from the groups you are subscribed to."

The email also listed the 20 emails sent to me since 26 May that I have not received.

19 of the emails mentioned reason by way of error code TT991 and an example (they were all slightly different) is :

mx.tiscali.co.uk: 452 4.2.0 DPfWs1YRqdKgfDPfXs7aAC Content deferred (TT991)

The other email mentioned reason :

mx.tiscali.co.uk: EOF

Any idea what has caused this (only since 26 May) and how can it be fixed ?

I've raised it as an incident and its in process. Anything not delivered yet is unlikely to be delivered.

Hi Ady and thanks for the speedy reply.

Why has this only started since the 26th May  - will I ever receive the emails I have not received since then - is this a temporary thing - am I likely to start receiving emails from them again ?

When I checked this for someone else we were receiving massive amounts of mail from them hourly. I suspect it was deferred for spam/content checking.
