TT blocking emails from a gmail address

Hi, the gmail sender of an email to my TalkTalk address got this Rejected message :-

552 5.2.0 EBessTbTDl07qEBess3J0W Content rejected (TT992)

Please advise and let me know if you can stop this happening again.

Hi Stortford, I've raised an incident for this issue at it appears our filtering system may be causing a problem.
