Since at least Friday I haven't been receiving all my e-mails. I have a Tiscali email address. The problem affects @gmail.com but also others as well.
I have spent three long, unproductive sessions on Talktalk help Chat, cut off on the first two!
The latest chat has said "No, tiscali is not yet supported by Talktalk, but in order for this to operate you need to update a new email address and link your tiscali email to your new email in order to get back your email service."
Is anyone able to to confirm that this is really the only solution to this problem please
