Hi
I have a Tiscali email account. I have not received emails since Friday (8th Nov). Have sent test emails from other accounts which have not appeared. They are also not showing on the webmail page so it is not a problem with downloading them.

I've just been notified this issue should be resolved now. If you're still having trouble with it please let me know.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

There is a very specific fault in the interface between tiscali.co.uk and the rest of the email world, which means emails originating from Microsoft or Google based email services is not getting through to addresses on tiscali.co.uk. There are now upwards of two dozen individual user reports here in the community, and I spent an hour using online chat on Saturday morning to report the fault to Talktalk. We can only hope that when one of the Talktalk staff arrives on the Community on Monday morning, someone will start getting it fixed.
