I have a tiscali email address. I am not receiving emails that originate from gmail. Such senders receive an error "Delivery incomplete. The MX host does not match any MX allowed by the STS policy. For more information, go to https://support.google.com/a/answer/9261504"
Since others on the board experience the same error, I suspect a configuration error in the tiscali email service.

My email addresses seem to be receiving but I can't send through any of them.
It was better yesterday Tuesday afternoon now it seems all bad again Wednesday afternoon

Our team have advised that this should now be resolved as of around 09:15 this morning. Would you mind retesting and letting us know if emails are now coming in ok for you please?

I have had the same problem since Saturday afternoon…..I hope they fix this ASAP.

There is a very specific fault in the interface between tiscali.co.uk and the rest of the email world, which means emails originating from Microsoft or Google based email services is not getting through to addresses on tiscali.co.uk. There are now upwards of two dozen individual user reports here in the community, and I spent an hour using online chat on Saturday morning to report the fault to Talktalk. We can only hope that when one of the Talktalk staff arrives on the Community on Monday morning, someone will start getting it fixed.
