Not receiving emails from Tesco

I have a tiscali email address and, like several other users, am no longer receiving any emails from no-reply@mail.tesco.com can you help please? Thankyou.

Interestingly I finally received my email receipt from my Tesco shop delivered yesterday - straight into my junk folder! However I have not received the new order confirmation email for the order I placed this morning.
not sure if this helps or makes it worse????

Likewise - Have Tiscali address and not receiving emails from Tesco online shopping. I have posted this elsewhere on this community forum, and notice there are several 'new topics' from lots of people concerning this problem. Each one, including my own post, gets a message from the mysterious 'Ady' asking that a new topic be opened so that it can be dealt with!
Not sure how these are not all being grouped together in one topic, or how many different topics about the same issue are needed before action is finally taken!
Anyone else feel like Ady is a faceless bot and that we are all being fobbed off?..
Talktalk - sort it out for goodness sake! 😡
(I will now expect an email from good old Ady asking me to start yet another new topic on this 🙄)
