I am unable to receive emails from a particular organisation called DocuSign, I need access to this in order to sign some documents. Following their advice one of the reasons that I may not be receiving their emails is because I need to add their email addresses to my Safe Senders but I understand that this is not a feature that you offer. I have checked spam, and I have checked that I have no email filter rules in place. I believe this issue is with my email as I have attempted to create an account with an alternative account (gmail) and had no issues with receiving emails however I need access from my primary email for this particular situation.

Well if TalkTalk don't know for certain what mail isn't getting through it makes it somewhat difficult to investigate.
So, let's summarise:
Ady ran a check on Lewis45's mailbox and that had nothing blocked over the previous 7 days. That suggests that DocuSign weren't actually sending anything to Lewis45 perhaps because their mail sending service has put a suppression on sending to Lewis45's tiscali email address. Or simply that there was no inbound mail from DocuSign in the 7 day period. Lewis45 said that the email domain that wasn't getting through was eumail.docusign.net which was the domain I checked out. That domain seems perfectly ok in terms of setup.
There are 3 MX servers associated with eumail.docusign.net and I've just checked those against the blacklist agencies. 2 are clean BUT the MX server mailfr.eumail.docusign.net 192.103.123.8 is being listed by SORBSSpam a ProofPoint company. So, as your mail was coming via that French mail server this may be the reason for CloudMark, also a ProofPoint company, rejecting the inbound mail from that server.
DocuSign therefore should get their mailfr.eumail.docusign.net IP address delisted from SORBSSpam and that ought to clear the issue so long as no more spam is detected by the spam traps.

Hi Gondola,
The return path says "dse@eumail.docusign.net", but remember this is an example of an email that works. I cannot provide you with an example of an email which is failing to be received by a Talk Talk mailbox. I suggest that TalkTalk work with DocuSign to investigate the facts and explore what is occurring.
Thanks and regards,
Mark

What's the Return-Path domain? If that's eumail.docusign.net then that has a SPF file declaring the two permitted ranges for mail senders are: 192.103.120.0/22 and 185.81.100.0/22 - the domain resolves to 185.81.101.47 which is not on any of the usual blacklists.

Hi Ady,
An example email address is - which we have received to a non Talk Talk email address - is "dse@eumail.docusign.net" which is received from "FR1FE16.euad.docusign.net (unknown [10.111.48.7]) by mailfr.eumail.docusign.net (Postfix)".
Thanks,
Mark

Hi Lewis45, I ran a 7 day check for mail incoming to your account and there were none showing as blocked.

This issue between DocuSign and Talktalk is impacting other businesses. What is being done to investigate this issue further, please?
Thanks, Mark

Good to know that some docusign mail is arriving - eumail.docusign.net is not on the usual agency blacklists and is authenticated by an SPF file. Have you previously been able to receive mail from that source?
Have you asked docusign to double check that the email sender they use has not suppressed sending to your email address? When you tried to set up a trial account did you use a different email address from the one that's not receiving docusign emails?

I am also having issues receiving DocuSign's via Tiscali email despite adding some of their emails to the safe senders list, unfortunately the one email that the documents are sent through on, I am not able to add to the list. I received the first DocuSign without any problems early this month, but because the link expired, I needed to request another copy to be sent, none of which are coming through. There have been no issues with the other signatories receiving the document on non TalkTalk emails. I even tried to set up a trial DocuSign account, but I cannot receive the PIN code on email to verify the account. Only the marketing emails seem to come through.
The domain name that I cannot add to your safe senders list is @eumail.docusign.net. Nothing is going to spam.

Hi millie19
Good to know that your online mailbox does not have any filter rules defined. All mail accepted for delivery should therefore end up in the Inbox or Spam folder if arriving tagged as possible spam. Mail should stay in the Inbox unless collected and deleted from that online Inbox.
I don't see anything obvious wrong with the docusign.co.uk domain. I would say that if their email includes attachments then it's likely that the email delivery will be deferred for scanning so could be delivered after a delay.
Is your mailbox waiting migration to the OX Cloud 8 platform or has it been migrated already?
