Not receiving emails

I haven’t been receiving emails on my Tiscali account for almost a week now. I have checked for any rules (which there aren’t any), my incoming server port is the usual SSL connection Port 993 and I have checked my spam, junk and deleted messages folders. However I am able to receive emails from TalkTalk and can send one to myself and it appears in inbox. 

I am also able to send emails fine just can’t get any replies. 
Reading through community comments I’m wondering if also I cannot get emails from gmail accounts. 

Would love some advice, thanks!

Hi moirapearl, is the mailbox affected the one you used to register on the community? Have you logged into webmail to see if you're receiving mail there?
