As several others, my gmail.com emails are not forwarding from gmail to thunderbird client. Not sure when it started, but definitely not working yesterday and today.

I've been given a root cause for this incident but all sorts of issues can cause the same result.

Why does this happen? It seems a regular occurence.

@Ady-TalkTalk Nothing coming through from gmail to either T/B or web mail. It is going from gmail to wife's talktalk.net in T/B.
Just out of interest, got an email from VMoney this morning - from previous topic.

Webmail was affected just like the other mail clients. I've been told though that this is resolved now. Would you let me know how you get on.

Hi all, We’re aware that some of our customers are having problems with their Tiscali email service. Tiscali customers are currently unable to receive emails from Gmail. Senders from Gmail are reporting getting the error message 'The MX host does not match any MX allowed by the STS policy'.
This issue only seems to be impacting email clients (outlook for example), customers using our webmail service aren’t reporting issues.
