I have transferred to new outlook for my emails unfortunately my received emails only go back to the start of February and I can't fnd the old emails which go back years. I have checked Webmail and the inbox is the same it doesn't show older emails than February 2024. The sent items are showing all the emails I have sent please can you help how I can retrieve the inbox older than February 2024

Hi @LindaCarlsle are you talking about the outlook app on PC?

I had this problem and in the end Microsoft reverted me to the previous version. I think the message at the beginning of the process 'unable to create. Pst or is it ost files currently' is the explanation.
