I have subscribed to Everymail for 30 days trial.

Just to confirm, in option 3, you meant that you are no longer able to send emails, correct?

1. I did receive emails about my accounts going to Everymail.

 

2. Yes there is a subscribe to everymail button.

 

3. I am longer able to send emails.

Can you answer the following for us: 

  1. Did you receive any communication from us about your email account being migrated to Everymail? 
  2. Is a sign-up option available when you login to your email
  3. Are you experiencing feature restriction ( i.e. unable to send an email)

Thanks for the clarity. Let's look on raising another one for you, this one is to say we did raise an escalation initially but you are still without internet.

I was told in PM that it had been escalated to the back-office team.

 

But no news of the result from that.

As above, @kanya-TT, the customer has never been informed that this was done, and nor is this indicated in earlier staff replies.

Still can't send with the two email addresses. Concerned I will now be losing both of them.

They were from a previous TalkTalk account held by my partner if that is of relevance.
