@Coazzi, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We want to let you know that due to the ongoing migration of our email platform, customers are currently unable to link their email addresses to their active broadband services/accounts. Please rest assured that we are aware of this issue and are actively investigating it. We will keep you updated on the resolution as soon as it is available.

@mandisa1-TT, have you looked at @Coazzi's Private Notes area?
I believe the email addresses listed there need to be associated with the customer's current My Account, to avoid charges in association with the outsourcing of former customers' email addresses and a charge for continuing their use.
There is supposed to be a form that you complete to ensure the customer will not be charged?

I'm going round in circles in pm being asked to look for “Manage emails” in MyAccount.
There is nothing there.
