I have received an email from talktalk that says I have to pay £5 a month to receive emails ,unless I have their broadband that I have ,  so wondering if this is a scam ,please can anyone help

If you DO have broadband, make sure that your Talktalk associated email addresses are listed in Private Notes (near the end of Personal Information) in your profile, @Lesley1958.

 

SAVE CHANGES. 

 

Staff will then acknowledge this post and fill in a webform on your behalf to ensure that you are not charged.

It's not a scam.

 

If you don't have broadband you are being migrated to Every mail and there is a £5 charge.
