We don't receive any prescription notification mails from Pharmacy2U these days but did from their support email address- seems to have occurred since their website revamp months ago. Now they want me to respond to a prescription email which, of course, I haven't received. Help!

Hi @sabelo-TT still no e-mails, no response from their tech support but it happened once before when the website was changed, odd.

Check that it's really come from the source by hovering over the sender name.
Don't click on any links in that email unless you are sure of the sender, @Pedro67.
It does get spoofed notoriously.
