Picking up e mails .

I have a tinyworld email address [and broadband contract with Talk Talk]

I am able to pick up e mails on my old Microsoft surface through New Outlook and on my phone.

However, since Window 11 has started to install on my newish laptop I can no longer sign into my tinyworld account even with the correct password and correct settings.

Initially I was able to revert back to Classic Outlook and that worked but this is apparently now no longer available to me.

I can of course log into web mail as a last resort ..this works but is not very convenient.

Can anyone help please? Thanks

@HilaryH2, did you follow this up previously, to make sure that Talktalk knows your email address is associated with your current broadband account?

If not, this must be done. See this post:

Ensure that the tinyworld address is in Private Notes and SAVE CHANGES. 

Check via your avatar; settings; Personal Information....
