Thank you for the information I have submitted the escalation. please note this request will be completed within 48 hours of the working days only (Monday to Friday) as hours are not counted over weekends. Depending on their availability it may take 72 working hours.

When I try an login into my email via the webmail it redirects to subscribe to Everymail as I have already posted.

Could you please link the legacy email account in my profile so that I can continue to use it as I am a paying talktalk customer with an account with you.

Yes, I had to use a new email account to register with talktalk when i rejoined. So there is the registered account starting alan***

and the old legacy account which I have added to my profile starting ja**

This account is needed for utility bills etc so I'm stuck atm.
