Ask us about your TalkTalk email account and Webmail.

I am having the same problem as a recent poster with my emails going to spam from both the talktalk.net addresses I use, and it happens with people with whom I've had email exchanges (sending to and receiving from) in the past and with new recipients. It is obviously not feasible with the latter to ask them to add me to their safe senders list. I'm not getting rejection messages. I am using Outlook as installed on my PC. It started happening a couple of week ago, I think.

Hi @Flaneuse I have checked this for you and the previous agent escalated to the Email Team and they are looking into this and once we have an update we will be able to respond on here. I appreciate your patience.

Yes.

As stated repeatedly, and how many times do I have to confirm this,
Correct. As stated clearly in my post, which I quote "It is random, happening with people that I correspond with regularly and/or who are in my contacts one day but not the next. It is not restricted to any recipient domain. It has happened with webmail and with Outlook as installed on my desktop. To say ask recipients to whitelist is only practical if you can email them!"
It happens also with new recipients randomly.

@Flaneuse, I am just checking to see if you are still experiencing the issue with emails going into Spam folder.

@Flaneuse so to confirm this does not happen all the time and also not to everyone?

Please try sending a test mail, using webmail and see if it will go to spam.

I tend not to use webmail except to view received messages so I can't really say. I can try using it to send to recipients I know have had it as spam but I'm not sure whether that would be diagnostic.

Hi there @Flaneuse I am sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with your email services. Just to confirm does the issue occur when you use webmail?
