I can't sign in to the webmail without being redirected to the subscription page. My email clients wont connect at all any more.

I will need to submit an escalation, please just answer these few questions as they will assist me when submitting. Are any of your email services restricted? (functionalities- being unable to send or receive emails)?

No, when we try to sign into the webmail it tells us about it then. I'm still a paying talktalk customer!
