@fedman11 regarding your emails not being received I think it would be better for you to follow this up on your other thread as @Mandisa-TT has answered your query on linking under this one.

 

Raising duplicate issues will cause duplication of effort on things that will already have been suggested in your other thread.

 

Could you please therefore post this as an update to your existing thread and I shall lock this one for replies as it has been resolved.

Hi Mandisa

No emails regarding EveryMail subscription, and no red banners when using web mail.

All looks good for me other than the non delivery of emails to gmail address's.

Please confirm if you have received any email asking you to subscribe to EveryMail or if you have any red banner when you log into your emails?

I am a little confused as far as I am aware there should only be one talktalk.net address. can you let me know what the other two are.

Hi @fedman11 I have accessed your account and I do see that you have an active broadband account and you have 3 email addresses that are linked into this account.

Have you received any emails asking you to subscribe to Everymail?

 

Do you see a banner when logging into webmail about subscribing?
