Hi, I'm writing on behalf of my 84 year old Mum whose account this is.
She is a current TalkTalk customer, but uses a legacy Tiscali address for email.
Per the sticky, could you please link the Tiscali address to her account ASAP and confirm as the ability for her to send emails has been cutoff and she is panicking.
Grateful if TalkTalk staff could resolve as a priority as she is on here own and is extremely distressed about this as her email account is vital for her.
Also if there is another way to do this (ie. speaking to customer support) then please let me know as having to do it via a forum seems an unusual arrangement.
