Hi,
Please start your own thread as each case is considered unique and it is easier for support to be given to one person per thread and also less confusing.
To start your thread click the Browse button, then Help With Your Service and select the appropriate category. You will then see a Blue Button "Start A Topic"
Please also note that you should only post back on that thread and not start another on the same topic as multiple posts cause delay to you and others seeking help.

Please link my email accounts listed in my profile private notes with my broadband account. Why is this not automatically being done?

Absolutely all personal information details go in the profile area, including the account number, @GwynT, never in the public thread.

Thank you @kanya-TT and @Gliwmaeden2 . I have already entered the old address into the private section of the profile but no-one seems to have looked there for the information. The new account I assume you identify from the registration here and the TalkTalk Account number (which I would also prefer to keep private)

These email addresses should never be posted in the public thread.
They've been left there in full view for over 90 minutes.
@GwynT, I have removed your email addresses from public view.
These should be put in the Private Notes section, part of Personal Information.
You access that area via your avatar; settings.....afterwards, SAVE CHANGES.

Hi Kanya,
I have the email as a legacy Pipex account but it has continued working. I have a TalkTalk Broad band account and which the old legacy email to be linked with the current TalkTalk account
Legacy Pipex account is ZZZZZZ which I am told is going to stop working in a couple of months because it is not linked to a current TalkTalk broadband account
