Ask us about your TalkTalk email account and Webmail.

I am a TalkTalk Broadband customer and have been for over 10 years. I checked that my email (via Everymail) was part of my subscription, and at no extra cost, before I renewed earlier this year. Last night Mon 08/12/2025 22:17 I received the following email from billing@everymail.com
We're writing to confirm that your Everymail subscription has been cancelled. Your access to Everymail email has ended, and your mailbox and stored emails are no longer active.
I have tried to contact Everymail Support but the Virtual Assistant (BOT) will not pass me onto an agent. Awful service.
Can someone please advise.

@Maljr click on your avatar in your community profile and it will take you to private notes.
I also just need to confirm with you, you currently have no restrictions on your emails, correct? there is no red banner present? you can utilize all emails?

Okay, thanks.
Re: 'Can you please provide all your email addresses on Private notes'
Where are private notes. This is the first time I've used this platform.

Your email service subscription has been cancelled with Everymail, however active with us as the main Email address is linked to your broadband account. Can you please provide all your email addresses on Private notes, so I can check if they are linked to your account. You should be able to continue using your Email services via webmail as we offer the service free to our TalkTalk customers.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you, the communication must have been incorrect as it was only applicable to customers that use TalkTalk email addresses however no longer have an active broadband account with us.

Hi mandisa1-TT,
Re everymail, I had no choice, as my understanding was from communications received via talktalk and everymail, that the email platform that talktalk used was been migrated to everymail.
That said, to answer your question now, yes, I can access my talktalk email via webmail at https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/appsuite/
However, my issue is with the statement in the email below, AND, if my email will not be cancelled. Here is the full email text:
------
Dear xxxxxxx xxxxxx,
We're writing to confirm that your Everymail subscription has been cancelled. Your access to Everymail email has ended, and your mailbox and stored emails are no longer active.
Good News:
You still have up to 60 days from your cancellation date to restart your subscription and restore your email services. To restart, simply log in to My Account using your Everymail email address and password, and click Subscribe.
If you have any questions or need assistance with restarting your service, visit Everymail Support.
------
QUESTION. Am I misunderstanding, in that, the everymail subscription is being cancelled, but my email will continue to be provided - without any loss of service - by talktalk's current system(s)?

Hi there @Maljr As you have an active broadband with us, you should have not subscribed to Everymail. Please try accessing your emails via webmail and let me know if you are able to access them.
