Over the last month emails being sent to Google email addresses  from both of my talk talk email adresses are being returned with the following example message.

The email was a simple confirmation of a t shirt size from my Badminton Club

Hi - I use Outlook classic to send my emails which all end up in recipients junkmail whether from my Tiscali or Talk Talk email adresses.

There was a known issue with thunderbird, so I'll need you to try testing using webmail to see if it goes through normally. Thanks

@jmdor Hi,
Please start your own thread as each case is considered unique and it is easier for support to be given to one person per thread and also less confusing.

It also helps TalkTalk establish how many users are affected.

To start your thread click the Browse button, then Help With Your Service and select the appropriate category. You will then see a Blue Button "Start A Topic"
Please also note that you should only post back on that thread and not start another on the same topic as multiple posts cause delay to you and others seeking help.
Thank you

Just to add to the above, I have to send group emails to my choir members and have those issues with gmail as well.  But sometimes they go through and sometimes not, which is almost worse!  Today someone drove to an event that had been cancelled.

Just posting it as hoping the tech team will respond if enough of us mention it.

Issues with Gmail and Hotmail emails going to spam, both sent and received is an issue TalkTalk are aware of.

It has been referred to the backroom technical team to investigate and when staff return tomorrow I'm sure your incident will be added to the known issues.
