My postoffice email address is unreachable since 31 May. it requests a password which I don't have.

Hi Adrian40, I'm afraid we can't help with Post Office email addresses. They're not a domain we host. Have you spoken to the postoffice support team?

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
