Previously Reported Tesco Emails not receiving

I have previously reported this matter. I have now made a formal complaint directly to the CEO of Talk Talk as there does not appear to be a resolution to this matter in a prompt fashion. There are no updates of the situation to be found either and everything appears to be ok on the website. Talk Talk need to take ownership of this issue. Tesco are not happy either.

You won't get a call from the team at OpenXchange you may get a call at some point from the network fault management team. The incident I raised is being managed by the Major Incidents Team with OpenXchange. Hopefully, they'll get this sorted soon.

Was promised a telephone call within 3 days with regard to this issue from a top person in the tech team. Guess what? That time has passed with another false hope. No telephone call!

No only that OpenXchange who provide and now run many aspects of the email platform are still investigating the issue.

Done. However this appears as a National issue with Talk Talk which they need to sort. No updates etc etc....................................
