Hello All, we cannot setup a subscription to everymail. We cannot get to a human, because the chatbot rejects any email we give it. Any help would be terrific.

Hi there @SueMF1, I hope the issue has been sorted and everything is working fine. If not please get back to us so we can have this looked into as soon as possible as emails are being deleted.

Have you received an email about subscribing to Everymail?
Please update your profile and add your email addresses to your private notes field, which only you and staff can view.
It may be Monday now before staff will respond as they don't work here weekends.

Everymail is a separate company, so you'll need to persevere with their customer support, @SueMF1.

Forum staff won't be back on here before Monday now. Their only role with Everymail has been to make sure that those customers who should NOT be using it, because they are current Talktalk broadband customers, have any legacy email addresses linked to their current Talktalk broadband service.
