I have an email account and up until Friday it was working fine. Yesterday and today I have tried to log in, getting access eventually but not receiving my log in /security screen. When in I am unable to delete any emails and likewise I cannot move them to respective folders.
I am also unable to respond to emails in my in box
I did have a warning screen flash up from my security portal on Friday so I closed the system down and restarted it The warning did mot reappear.
I can access every other link on my computer and they appear to be working fine
Can you assist with any guidance please.

On this lap top it starts to connect and that is all it does It does not connect to the home page.
I have just tried another lap top and I can get into my emails but nothing has altered, still not able to delete, send or reply.

Okay I have cleared my browser but now I cant get back onto the Talktalk log on page. I did this morning first thing and then it went straight through to my in box bypassing the security screen.

Okay please clear your browser and try to delete emails or try to respond to one of your emails and confirm what happens. Thanks

Just to confirm which browser are you currently using? example: Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc.

On my Lap Top I am using a browser I believe and on my phone an App !

@Adiebaby , just to double check, how are you currently accessing your emails? Are you currently using a browser or accessing your emails using an App?

Afternoon
Just got back from walking the dog and checked through everything and it appears okay to me. I am not a wiz with computers as I am from the age of slide rules and logarithms
I only use this because I have to as everyone sends me emails.
If I am missing something can you point me in the right direction please, now out to the hospital so could be a while till I reply.
My phone tells me I am still receiving em,ails but I cant get into them now on my laptop

Good morning
I have just checked my emails as I was otherwise engaged yesterday, and no change,I still cant delete, move or send emails.
When I ask to send or reply to an email the information tab tries to open but doesn't. I am still receiving emails. I am also receiving the emails on my phone but cant reply on that either.
