Can't log in to email

Please help. I can't log in to my email address, although I haven't changed my password. Did have on line chat yesterday with someone, who stated they would link my account with  other email address to  change password.  This hasn't happened!  What can I do please?

Staff will be back tomorrow and should be able to help you then.

 

Could you please put the affected email address in the private notes field in your profile, not here on the forum. Only you and staff can see the private notes field and it may save time.
