Problems with Emails from Tesco

Hi there, I wonder if anyone can help please, Recent Emails from Tesco are not being delivered to my TalkTalk email address. I have spoken with Tesco customer services and been advised that the problem is widespread, affecting the delivery of numerous Tesco Emails to TalkTalk addresses. Your help in solving the problem would be much appreciated. Thank you.

I have been experiencing this issue since mid January, like you I have raised the issue with TT and am getting nowhere, other than to say I did hve TT telephone to say it is accepted that issue lays with OpenXchange this organisation provides the Email platform for TT.

I suggested that perhaps an Algorithm has been incorrectly set up by OpenXchange, which fell on deaf ears.

I have now raised a Customer Complaint to TT and am expecting a telephone call back - BUT I will not be holding my breath.

 

I feel its time the Community raised Customer Complaint in their droves, not sure if this will help but I feel sure you will agree its becoming very frustrating

Hi, I am also not receiving emails from Tesco and now Next. I tried to order from AO and they needed to send me a verification code. I never received it either. I'm starting to wonder what other emails are not getting through!

Hi TrevRob, I'll add your details to the open incident for you. We still have no idea on a fix date, I have been told over 17,000 Tesco emails have been received by our domain in the last week whilst customers have been reporting this issue. I await further news.
