I found that I need to reset my pass to TalkTalk email. I have tried Forgotten Password link and I ask a code to be sent to my mobile phone as I cannot receive emails on my TalkTalk email at the moment. Can I have the code sent to my alternative email address which not on the code to be sent list.

Hi cyderman43, if you need the password reset tool updating so that you can reset your password please send me a personal message with the affected email address and alternate email address and a mobile number so that I can get the update done.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
