Rejected emails

Someone trying to send me emails keeps getting a failure notice with

552: 5.2.0 ZI4UpZON4EP6iZI4VpoJDn Content rejected (TT992) 

What does this mean? is it at their end? They are using aol and netscape

The error message means that the TalkTalk incoming mail servers believe the email contains spam or virus or malware but definitely something suspicious about the email to cause the mail servers to reject the email and not deliver it to the destination mailbox.
