How do you reply to All in TalkTalk.net email?

So, a day later and no response here from JJ2020 so I'll take it my answer has definitely solved the issue.

Have you successfully used the Reply all icon?

Select the mail message and in the email detail view there's a Reply all icon in between Reply and the Colour label.
