This is most definitely a phishing scam. Do not respond to it in any way and delete and trash immediately. Do not send on and do not post it anywhere with a query. Well spotted follow the TalkTalk guidance and keep alert!

@JaniceT1, all the examples here are very similar to it and I rather suspect that if you hover over the sender's name, it will probably be from eg Tom&Jerry@talktalk.....net.
